Made-to-order Dresses
*Pre-designed Items
All of our pre-designed dresses, whether standard or custom sizes, are made to order (except for a limited selection labeled “in-stock”). This allows our customers to have more personalized options, such as plus or petite sizes, custom colors, and modifications to details like pockets, trains, necklines, etc.
We have indicated the fastest delivery time for each dress on the product page, according to its complexity. If you have a pressing deadline and are unable to find a suitable date, please reach out to us.
*Customizations
Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Your designer will set the production time when quoting, and you can choose whether to use the rush service. It usually takes about 6 weeks to make a custom dress.
We accept returns for all made-to-order dresses.
If you are not satisfied with the dress, or if it does not fit, you have the following options.
- Return for a 60% refund;
- Keep the item and receive a 10-20% refund as compensation;
- Reorder the item at a 50% discount;
In-stock Dresses
We’re offering 50% off on our in-stock items and can ship within 72 hours. Please note that these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we can offer a 10% refund.
Shipping Method & Cost
You can choose between standard and expedited shipping at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 USD. However, if you purchase a made-to-order dress and select a rushed date/option, you’ll receive free expedited shipping.
We partner with DHL, FedEx, USPS, Aramex, DPD, Yanwen, Post, etc. to deliver orders worldwide. All shipments can be tracked online. If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been shipped, the courier will charge a handling fee, which will be your responsibility.
Shipping Issues
We will do our best to deliver your order to the address provided, it’s important to ensure that the shipping information is correct and complete. Please note that any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information may not be covered.
While we will make every effort to ensure a smooth customs clearance process, please note that any additional fees incurred due to customs detention or taxation will be the responsibility of the customer. We will assist you with the necessary paperwork and procedures.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Cancellations
Processing begins as soon as an order has been paid, but we also understand that sometimes customers need to cancel the order due to some reasons. How much you will get after cancelling an order depends on order status.
- Not Paid: Will be automatically canceled without payment in 7 days;
- Paid: 100% refund;
- Processing: 90% refund;
- In Production/Finished Production/Rejected: 40% refund;
For installment orders, as we only received 60% down payment, there is no need to refund any charges except for freight.
- Picked Up/Shipped/Fulfilled: Cannot be canceled;
Defective Items
If the goods are damaged or lost, we will provide compensation up to 100% of the value, depending on the severity of the issue. You will not be responsible for any costs.
How to Return?
- Contact us within 7 days from the date your order was signed. Please attach some photos to show the damaged or unsatisfied details.
- We confirm it and send you the returning address.
- Send us the tracking number within 3 days from the date you got our shipping address.
- We process the refund in 3 days after receiving the returned parcel.
You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
*Fabrics, sketches, accessories, membership, rush service and shipping cost are not eligible for a refund and exchange.
